With our fast-paced lifestyle, we have lost all connection to the body by living more “in our heads”, the different parts of ourselves finding themselves fragmented and scattered, while the body deprived of freedom and movement freezes a little more.

By turning to yogic and Ayurvedic mapping a reharmonization of the being is possible: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually – these 5 bodies are all linked.

BODY & SOUL FLOW® 


An innovative method created in 2015 by Caroline, where each class will invite you to reconnect with your being and strengthen your physical and emotional bodies.

It is through this realignment that we rebalance the different systems of the body.

Based on the Universal Principles of Alignment™, this dynamic and fluid practice allows postural, energetic and respiratory work (pranayama). Pranayama increases vitality, improves concentration and emotional stability.

Each session resources and regenerates while bringing physical, psychological and emotional balance.

You develop freedom of movement, strength and grounding while working to align body, mind and heart. Also, this return to oneself and the importance of the present moment leads to greater health, clarity, confidence, harmony and joy.

yinYIN – RESTORATIVE  & SOUND THERAPY

If you want to calm the mind, balance the nervous system and relax the body, this meditative and inner listening practice is for you.

Influenced by:

* the Taoist approach to life (impermanence and acceptance, yin and yang, observation of nature)

* traditional Chinese medicine

this gentle practice takes place on the ground using supports (blankets, bolsters, bricks, straps, cushions, etc.) in order to gradually bring the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.

The postures are held between 3 to 6 min (yin) and 10 to 20 min (restorative), the support allowing the body to be naturally freed from muscular tension and deeply rooted stress.

This is a perfect complement to a dynamic practice. In a world constantly calling on us, Yin is an invitation to slow down, recharge our batteries and take care of ourselves.

The session ends with a long relaxation with Tibetan bowls and other instruments to complete the benefits of the practice.

GROUP COURSE FORMULAS

Bloom Yoga Center is a school for learning yoga in order to include this practice in your daily life (it is through regular practice that you will notice a change on different levels). With this in mind, a different theme (and progression) is addressed each quarter.

30 courses over the year. No classes during school holidays due to internships/retreats/trainings.

Registrations for the 1st quarter (SEPTEMBer à DECEMBER – 10 classes)
Registrations for the 2nd quarter (DECEMBER à MARCH – 10 classes)
Registrations for the 3rd quarter (APRIL à JUNE – 10 classes)

– 10 classes : 180€ (i.e 18€ one class – Valid for 1 quarter)

– Year round 1 class/week : 160€ ( the quarter – i.e 16€ one class ) 

– Year round 2 classes/ week : 280€ (the quarter  – i.e 14€  one class )

If you are absent, you can always make up your course DURING THE CURRENT TERM.

There is no postponement of courses from one term to the next.

The studio is not responsible for classes not taken.

Each subscription is nominative.

– Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of your class (be sure to space out your meal before practice)
